I opted to purchase some lace panties for her from Amazon, get size XS, they fit perfect. The packaging was great ( box inside a box, inside a larger box and torso was in a plastic clear bag and lightly coated with a powder to keep her in good condition. The price point for this is fantastic IMO. Definitely read the care instructions a few times, seems very easy and reasonable, I purchased the cleaning kit which has the warming rod with it. The outer feel of the toy is nice. It has some weight to it but not in a bad way. For the price point it's a good buy. The only issue that I have is that girth wasn't considered in the design.

This full-size butt torso is manageable weight wise but I would still like a full-size torso except for the cost and additional weight. So, for now in the missionary position I add a large firm pillow for the upper torso....by the way I have enjoyed every position I can think of and can't get enough at times. A first-class company, discrete packaging and more.... could not be happier.

Cleaning it isnt all that hard. But you will need drying sticks to dry it out on the inside, as there isnt a whole on the belly button to air it out.
